Plants that don't cast shadows on any other plants objectively live a life of justice.

You'd literally have to be able to live off compost and sunlight all by yourself to live a just live.

That tree growing out in the Sahara, en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tree_of_Ténéré;,
lived a life of justice by not taking what explicitly belongs to anybody else.

That tree lived off only that which the Heavens sent it without aggressively taking anything.

BUT it's injustice how only that particular tree was allowed to live a sin free life of JUSTICE
while many others died
doing the exact same things it did perhaps in a clumsier way or with less "providence".

If you look at early implementations of laws, the justice was often very heavy-handed. It wasn't fair, because it was not interested in fairness, only in protecting the innocent, by imposing punishments that would blatantly dissuade before attempt.
Modern justice is often more about retribution. A 'fair' punishment is imposed for the sake of mob satisfaction. This sense of justice is often subjective, but I think someone like Stirner would describe them both as being equally illusory.

I would say yes to the claiming, but we can make it happen in a somewhat flawed way. We can do our best. I think you can act as if providence is real without needing to believe in anything back it up. You're probably a eugeniucist. Charter cities. Peter Thiel. This isn't scientism anymore; this is thelema. The concept of justice is utterly flawed in purity, and I'm aware how close I am to flirting with coopting utilitarianism for lingering religious impulses, but when you look at what's coming, do you want to be associated with it? Do you want to live in a charter city where the whole of the law is Do As Thou Wilt? And maybe you do I donno. I wish I had more time for this but I have to go.
