If you already know at least one (1) human language, maybe learning how to code is more valuable than learning another language.
However, if you can't think of any applications of the coding language you learn or don't use it at work, then maybe learning a human language could be more useful.
But also, the other human language you select is relevant too. For example if you learn Shavian, you may be able to read some of the shitposts here, but will you ever use Shavian outside of /bant/? Probably not.
These are only a few considerations, but, I think they give you an idea of how to approach this issue.
