The other two are more cultural and I don't see them changing for a long time if ever
Also while European immigrants maybe annoying I think american tourists are doubly so.
My experience with them has been less than enjoyable.
They often litter more and start fights.
There has also been a lot of incidents of Americans going off road where they aren't supposed to and ruining the nature in Iceland.
If they didn't give generous tips (because they think they have to) they would without a doubt be the worst tourists to deal with.
