It's true that alot of people suffer from lack of human contact; and my heart goes out to them fully, and completely. It's just a fatal error to base a persons merit, worth, and validity of opinion off of whether or not they've had sex. They deprive themselves of much needed insights when they shut out everyone who isn't suffering the same way as them. The 30 year old thing also becomes a mindtrap, because often we're so hard on ourselves.
That's the essential social practice implied behind the usage of that term. It teaches people to be jealous, and resentful, while neglecting their own inner harvest. THAT'S the real tragedy.
