>>15895776Look at the original image, and then look at his reply. They contradict. He replied to the image defending China's political system by saying:
>>le totalitarian dictatorship doesnt have democracy!!!>good job sherlock>also america you just have the illusion of choice, you get to pick either a mentally ill old guy or mentally ill old guy, both wont change anything and will only run the country more into the groundThe "good job sherlock" implies an obvious point being made, that point being the "totalitarian dictatorship doesn't have democracy!!!". A point I didn't make. Falsely suggesting that the image was a pro-U.S. one portraying our electoral system as better than China's, and THEN he criticized America's political system as an "illusion of choice". I pointed out that he must've only read the title because that's what you'd have to do to assume it's a pro-U.S. infographic that says China is a "totalitarian dictatorship [that] doesn't have democracy!!!"
The title is neither pro-US or pro-PRC ("Comparison of election systems between China and the US"), so if he didn't bother to read the rest and then looked at my flag in relation to this post then it can be reasonably assumed that this is the error he made.
Is basic reading comprehension really that difficult?
