how do i motivate myslef to start learning japanese again i want to keep learning it
i stopped last summer when school started cuz i had a 6 month long mental episode

if by kana you mean hiragana and katakana ive learned them all in one evening, it was actually pretty easy
i learned around 60 kanji maybe but i probably forgot most of them by now
i can say i am x, x is y, is x y, where is x, x is there/here, etc. but thats as far as i got until school got in the way lol
i also learned numbers but i forgot most of them
please i need to get out of this place soon my new neigbours moved in last week and theyre having obmoxiously loud threesomes i cant even work out in the comfort of my home anymore without hearing two skanky irish college girls going at it

i could probably understand most jap grammar, it's just the vocabulary that is the weakness
kanjis are all over the place

and now i have bad associations with german
id rather learn japanese

no im just saying that in my childhood i had an early exposure to more advanced english. i was writing quality lewd nicole watterson fanfics by the time i was nine (no i dont have them on me anymore)
gaeltacht areas a bit of a meme anyway, i dont think that most of the people who live in them speak irish at home anyway. its more of a tourist bait thing
