I think i'm starting to get crazy, i'm letting strange noises come out of my mouth out of nowhere, sometimes without even phrases without any sense. today out of nowhere i started to say "ouch oouch ouch ouch" like something was hurting me, but with no reason, people found it weird and asked me if I was hurt, I didn't know how to respond. Also while talking with friends i started to say "fuck it" non stop whispering it to myself.while my friends talked, i'm scared, I don't wanna get crazy one day I'm also randomly laughing
