That's even worse than getting jewed out of 17 thousand shekels. Landlords have more power than you think. There's a special place in credit checks for landlords to say a poorfag broke a lease/didn't pay rent. Then you can be blacklisted from renting almost any apartment, except for shitty ones where they allow any scum to rent. Or landlords will start demanding you pay half a year upfront.
