Does this happen to anyone else? Tiny white or black balls come out of my anus. Their texture is nice and they don't taste bad at all, but they are very itchy. Sometimes my underpants are full of them, and I can put them together to make a super anal ball, which I chew slowly to feel how my upper and lower teeth stick together. After smoking, my anal remains smell strongly of tobacco. Does anyone know what my problem is? Should I go to the doctor? Pic no related.
