Keep calm, carry on.
Focus on 3 points in your mind, a triangle with one point pointing towards you and two points facing away from you. The triangle pointing towards you should be "self" (so you don't forget you exist as an individual and the two other things can represent whatever the fuck drives you).
Visualise moving between those points, sometimes starting at self and connecting in a line to the other two points (so like, "self, left, right" or " self, right, left" (where left and right represent concepts that that strengthen you)).
Hope it helps and if that meditation bullshit doesn't help, just keep calm and carry on (remember what you are aiming to do, like play a video game or go to the shops).
