i'm 6'5" and 188lbs. i've been on a diet now for a week, eating less than 500 calories a day. i am trying to slim down to 165lbs at least.

i work part time, 4 days a week. my final year of uni is this fall so my week will be busy. but i do agree with you about working out. i want to take up running again but i hate the heat currently. and yeah i might have to up the calories a bit when school starts up again or i'll pass out. for my height to keep my current weight i need to have at least 2600 calories a day. i think for me to lose weight while not passing out 1000-1500 calories would be best

let's lose weight together. i am much fatter, but i am the same height. i would be happy just to be sub-200, 190 preferably. i do manual labour for work, so i have to deal with putting on muscle while losing weight. it can be frustrating since i still look fat despite being healthier.

do you have a very stringy build? 210 would probably be quite reasonable at that height with some muscle from manual labour i think. My brother is 6'3 and he is very lean at 190 with only muscle from manual labour

my build isn't particularly large beyond height. i have pretty narrow shoulders. i guess i have always been on the bigger side ever since i was a teenager. i used to weigh 240 and recently got back down to 210. maybe it's a reasonable weight, but seeing the little fatty bits on my hips make me feel sick and want to die.
