Ok so I just want to have a hypothetical here.

>so is housing (think of a cheap studio apartment for every person in the town if needed)
>free college/university
>free healthcare
>including mental healthcare
>can buy any weapon but have to have to basically get yearly-weekly psych eval (depending on the kind of weapon ) to get a weapoms licence and go in to a goverment system (same for ammo and accessories like larger mags etc. )
>free government rations (they don't taste good though so no one likes them)

>Now allow people to start businesses and tax them not the people themselves (no old supreme court rulings after the war)

TL;DR EVERYTHING ESSENTAL IS FREE BUT private industry is still a thing and it's basically a luxuary inspiring people to go work THE GOV BASICALLY IS COMUNIST
