It is not profitable at all.
Its a lot of effort, there is quite a lot of hyperinflation to make long term economical planong completly useless, your own people will pirate your game at the first chance, and the better markets to invest are food, basic goods, and basic electronics. The rest tends to get heavely regulated by some mafia/gang with goverment support from inside the burocracy or corrupt security forces.
There is still some games thou, but nothing AAA (which the only thing it determinates is how much publicity will be used for a faggot to think its "important" even if some shitty indie game in development for 10 years with a nanofiber budget mogs it entirely in terms of being better made and more fun than a shitty 3d moviegame of 2 hours of gameplay with obligatory woke american trash).

Only shitty thing about the game is that despite being a Venezuelan game, its not in spanish, and as far as i heard devs went into screeching mode when some fans made a spanish translation patch for some reason. Some even argue that the devs hate their own people (which is very understandable, i fucking hate them as well, at least the brain washed masses, the cartels, guerrillas, malandros, and fucking scammers), but i haven't really see proof myself, so who cares.
I think i heard of some games from argentina, brazil and mexico, but can't remember.
