I accidentally bought raw milk at a dairy bar near me. Gave me violent shid and fards. The real enemy is homogenized milk. Buying non-homogenized milk is easier for your body to absorb (soMething about protein bonds being disrupted through the homogenization process). Plus it’s funny because the jugs say “NO-HOMO” on them.

Nah it's fine. Mutts have a problem with it though due to intense propaganda. It's actually really good for you though. Milk used to be 'blue' because of all the shit they were feeding the cows, so they pasturized and messed around with it, and that's how pasturization became a 'good thing' and raw milk was 'bad' If i'm not mistaken?

My guess is that some big milk distributors pushed the legislation to effectively outlaw competition by making the equipment cost of starting up too high for it to be feasible for small business to start up. Legislation like this makes it possible to Jack up prices because farmers can't just sell milk locally if the prices get too high.

Is there an alternative to cow milk that is not Jewed to hell and back? I've tried almond milk but they add sugar and other shit on it. Greek yogurt is very expensive where I live and well, it's not milk. Should I just buy rae oats and blend them with water to extract milk?

It's far superior to commercial milk. But its hard to store. If you are going to join a co op make sure you go in and meet everyone, see the cows and the facilities, ect. If you are going down this road, farm fresh eggs are also far superior and they store better.

No it doesn't. Milk contains no lactase. Most people who think they are "lactose intolerant" are just sensitive to the A1 protein in holstein milk, so they are fine with A2 milk from jerseys, guerneys, goats, etc.

There's an astounding difference between homogenized and non-homogenized milk. There's also an unmistakable difference between low and high pasteurized milk. Most people are comparing 4.2% raw milk to 3% high pasteurized homogenized milk. If you can't taste those differences then the problem is with you.
Low pasteurized non-homogenized 3.5% jersey milk is distinguishable but not that different from raw 6% jersey milk.
