Literally Scandinavia is just capitalism, with a strong welfare state, a low population, and a handful of state ran companies like Equinor, formerly StatOil that fund their social safety net.
I suppose that is close to what the end goal of socalism (in theory at least) would want. But Scandinavia has lots of other problems that are often ignored such as stagnation and low class mobility.
Also, Sweden didn't get wrecked by two world wars. So that certainly counts for something as well.
