I slept at 12 am and woke up at 4... dont know why but when i sleep early i get 5 hours of sleep at most, and melatonin gave me general weakness for weeks so i cant take it anymore

I take high doses, what melatonin basically does is making you tired, so if you keep taking it on high doeses on long term you will witness weakness
I used to take NOW melatonin

i can feel my dreams and aspirations being flushed down the toilet when i realize my life has been permanently fucked even though im only 18
