I feel like a complete failure. Ever since Covid hit, I've been depressed like never before. Sometimes it's pretty bad and I only sleep after work then.

>24 years old, still living at home
>travel 1h 30 min to work (office job)
>no grandfathers and no contact with grandmothers
>no contact with aunts and uncles
>father didn't teach me most of the stuff
>mother wants me to be happy and does everything for me
>overweight now
>porn addict(every single day for 3h)
>cant be disciplined(I start tomorrow or next week, month mentality)
How can I get back to my old self? I tried praying to Jesus and asked him for forgiveness, but didn't hear anything in return.

Posting it because other anons here might be blackpilled or were blackpilled and would appreciate the help as well.
