There's a platform behind closed doors, based on "quantum" music arrangement IP stolen from me Feb 2020, that is being daisy-chained into low-wattage circuitry to facilitate abusive AI command/control. The aim and intent: a VERY near-future scenario centered around an atmosphere-powered "Gun Machine" being placed every 20 meters, where all of humanity except 4 people are enslaved without oversight, and without the ability to resist, protest, or even cooperate to resist or protest. The four people plan to die of natural causes in a secret bunker. The new IR charger that can power sensors at 30 meters is part of it--the sensor can be powered on a low-wattage mode with atmospheric electricity, even when the line of sight is blocked. The low-wattage mode is the actual target spec for the platform. My "quantum" music arrangement IP, which delivers incredible results with integrity, can be ported to pen, grid paper, with some calculations being handled with rolls of two dice. This means it can be ported to ANYTHING, actual quantum computers not required. This IP, fashioned into a criminal instrument by the 4 Four Corners Kingpins, is the basis of those "quantum circuits" that are meant to simulate "neural" activity.
The gunstick is proposed by the Four 4CK, through shells, as the "final solution" to the question of the wealthiest people's security turning on them in their bunkers, as well as how to force the population to do their bidding/enforce their illegal slavery.
In practice, it's designed to turn on the wealthy people at a certain point, within 7 years of its introduction, and leave the population violently enslaved under threat of irreparable injury/death, forced to perform manual labor outdoor slavery, without the infrastructure or power grid to benefit them, without oversight except pre-programmed AI oversight, without access to shelters.
