I started working for a start up chinese company in the bay area that is literally run by retarded chinks, and most of the employees are chinese zoomers who are also retarded and know nothing.

I took they job because they offered full time remote and great benefits, and work wise it's actually not bad for the pay but holy shit I've learned to despise chinks so much.

I've realized that chinese people (from china, chinese americans are pretty cool usually) understand WHAT but not WHY. This is a huge reason why all these chink companies fail in America (and my company should be failing as well, but they get pumped with so much money from China that they have unlimited fuck ups)

Every time I bring something up, and try to explain using empirical evidence, they go "OH HERRO, BUT YOU SEE THE DATA SAYS THIS"

I'm like yeah... the data says that, but do you know WHY the data says that?? Like they don't try to reverse engineer a reason for why something is successful, they just go "OH DAT SUCCESSFUL, YOU DO DAT" but the directions they give you are the most ham fisted, retarded method for trying to copy the success of something else. They're like monkeys, they just fucking point at something that makes money and say "YOU DO DAT"

How China has become such a big economic power is fucking beyond me, they are astounding to me because they do have high speed processing brain power. Like when you talk to them, they clearly aren't "dumb" in the way a vapid nigger or spic is, and they are arguably quicker thinking than whites in some ways I think, but at the same time they are so immensely retarded, even more retarded than niggers, in that they cannot understand WHY thing are the way they are. It's literally infuriating talking to them.
