act like youre interested. act like you enjoy socializing. act like you like people. act like you're a happy person. the in person interview is mostly about "fit". "is this person a downer or weird? will they be a bad fit in our company?" if you play off the checklist i gave you youll be fine.

Don't cross your arms, don't hide your hands.
Keep eye contact when answering a question.
Don't lie, but you can forego mentioning details.
Try to smile, and make the interviewer smile too (not outright joke, but some happy anecdote where appropriate)
Show up 5-10 mins before and don't look at your phone while waiting (you are probably being watched, so just sit/stand, look neutral and go through your resume details in your head)
Don't practice a speech, practice answers to questions
