i already contacted the spca and they will scan it probably tomorrow to see if it is microchipped and i will decide what to do from there
i had a cat before and it got outside through a misunderstanding and i was never able to find it again which made me quite sad because i really liked that cat and someone else probably took him in and decided they liked him so much they would keep him and i do not want to do that to somebody else
