>>16105381Yeah this has all the markers of a call center but a very progressive one. Think zappos. Lots of offices are dawning the cool office attire to appeal to more people. Player support would be guiding people through their issues on PC when they’ve borked something. Looking at their partners on their company website Riot is on there so you can expect lots of calls about transactions they want reversed.
I can tell you right now that when they say entry level they mean that they want at least a years experience in a call center or CSR role involving a phone and a computer.
With a place like this they’re also going to look at your personality in the interview. They’ll look at how you would fit in socially and if you don’t seem like someone they could get a beer with you’re not getting in. Bad for culture.
This is assuming your application even sees a recruiters monitor considering most companies filter out people with terrible applications and resumes.
Still you can get in if you know how to pad the hell out of your resume and have the charisma to talk your way into the position.
Still a call center though. No way you’re getting any of these QA jobs without relevant work experience.
