Besides, Most of the Portuguese/macanese food restaurants in Macau are not the authentic, they adjust the flavour for the Chinese tourists, if you want to know, there's a macanese restaurant featuring the chef of a governor of Macau in the past, on the same street as the Portuguese Consulado (not turist area, the name is 9 jade something)
Galo and pinochio are also famous but I've never tried.
And I don't think it's normal that a Brazilian can speak proper Cantonese and European Portuguese.
