Went there a couple weeks ago. Surprisingly clean and bearable. Downtown was obnoxious and 108 degrees in day time though.

My buddy lives in Henderson. He moved there because he rents a 4000 square-foot house that basically cost him nothing because he’s no longer paying in California income tax. It’s a cool place in the suburbs, if you have money. The poor areas have too many niggers and druggies. I would live there but I have money. Endless tourist pussy too. I’d give it a 7/10. Scottsdale is a 9/10. Orange County (where I live) maybe a 6/10

Had to move to Scottsdale for a while for work ca 2010. Was alright for a while but got crowded and overrun really fast it seemed.
