>>16128672unless you've totally fucked your hair up by doing things like bleaching or dyeing it, it should only be a few centimetres. when i get my maintenance cut (you should get your ends trimmed every 3-6 months), my hair looks pretty much the same length as before
but then again a barber doesnt usually deal with long hair so i cant guarantee that he'd do a good job
