alright so i'm not sure what i joined in, but i think it's a bad idea.
so about a year ago, i joined this thing that basically helps the mentally disabled get jobs, which i guess is good.
at this point in time a year ago, my dad was telling about how this thing would secure me a job and still get me paid
>"you'd only have to work days a week, but you'll still get paid"
sounds pretty good, right?
fast forwards to maybe 3 weeks ago. me and the other tards along with their parents are doing some signings stuff.
the president CEO of the the thing i joined said something about "not talking about money right now" and people of the board in the back were a little bit weirded out by that.
a week passes, i start wondering when the hell i'm getting paid
i ask one of my supervisors this question
>"oh no, placements don't get paid."
not sure if i joined some free labor thing or what, but something doesn't seem right
