it exists, i've seen it. assuming it wasn't just some retarded pajeet doing the coding. but it spits it out in a very basic html format that might work for a single webpage, but it definitely doesn't work for emails because it doesn't specify length or width or use the right syntax (for example you'll break an email html if you specify width as "600px" instead of "600" on the wrong element, or if you forget to add style=center somewhere)
