>Will they fizzle out shorty?Idk, anything could happen, but it's most likely they'll eventually get stamped out and they'll stop. All we can do is hope for the best and prepare for the worst. Ideally, the best outcome is the government easing up on the Islamic laws (the laws are already more relaxed now than they were 20 or 30 or 40 years ago) and eventually as time goes on more and more reforms from within as the society gets less extremist. The government is too strong to be immediately taken down by just some protests.
