Go all the way back to your first set extra flag choose the one you want to show then click one next, but save the regions now instead to continue.
This settings:
Show country + ALL regions.
Only show country + FIRST region.
Only show country + LAST region. (v1/old format)
Don't hide your flags, rather you see not the flags of others in your own, but everyone who selected the first default setting sees all set flags of you.
