Firstly, reconsider meditation. It doesn't have to be a big thing, just give your brain time to relax from constantly doing things. Even five minutes of it per day would help you.
Other things
>Sleep for the proper amount of time, wake up and go to sleep at consistent times
>Spend time in nature, go for walks
>Eat healthily, particularly including vegetables
>Break your routine every so often, do new things
