Well it's a yearly one because of wheat having to grow, but I would say that you would get something like 10 to 15 gold pieces worth of wheat, and you would have to feed yourself most of it, so maybe 100 gold per year at current currency worth (it's pretty expensive, a farmer would live with 5 a year)
