how has the last 2 years annoyed you?
i now have to pay 18$ for a 7$ steak.
this system fails however.
it starts to age, i get it at reduced price.
slice off grey, dry age it further in seasoning.
pants drippingly awesome steaks once it dries out more for a more proper sear.
i can add more fat with the butter/garlic/rosemary baste, don't worry about it.
