I think it will be perfect for military purposes ,but in terms of complexity, all you can do is add more code, which just kicks the can down the road
for cultural purposes, it will make most modern and all post-modern art obsolete

There will be some "resistance" from some people, kind of people who control art now, it doesn't affect them yet but it surely will in future
