>>16282431Buy clorhexidine mouth rinse. I often get mouth ulceres, it's the only thing that really works. Keep in mind that most mouth rinses only have menthol or other similar stuff, clorhexidine is usually more expensive, but it's absolutely worth it.
If your gums hurt you probably should see a dentist though.
