I have no idea how to make the bread moist next time I try. Less flour? Another egg? I got a feeling I added too much flour because the person kept bugging me to add 1/4 a cup more. Oh well, just means I will get it right next time, after all, that was my first baked good since about 4 years ago I last tried.
