cant say ive ever encountered this but on the topic of weird memories, when i was growing up this new kid showed up one day who claimed to have been grown in a garden, he went around with leaves and branches in his socks and everything. he disappeared very soon after he first showed up and everyone acted like he was dead but im pretty sure they were all larping along with him
