Tell me how to quickly fix my circadian rhythm. My sleep schedule is all fucked. When I try to fix it by sleeping early, I just wake up at like 2 or 3am. I know I'm not the only one that experiences sleep schedule issues here, so what's the hack to remedy this please? Thank you /bant/ ILY<3
