>>1637126It's more complicated than that.
Back when Trump was running for President of the United States, people on /pol/ knew that those backing Hillary believed in the owl/bull thing Moloch. This is fact. Does Moloch exist? It's doubtful. However, the fact that those in power believe in this thing means that choosing something to counter it would piss them off. Ergo, Kek was born. Moloch was supporting Hillary, and Kek was supporting Trump. Even though Trump supporters (the non-autistic ones, anyway) knew that Kek wasn't real, they knew the elites believed that Moloch was real, so just posting Kek would piss them off. When Trump won, Trump supporters spamming Kek nonstop, degrading Moloch and pissing off Hillary supporters that much more.
This is the same logic that works against Kek supporters.
Kek supporters did not believe in Kek, but they believed that their consciousness created meme magic, and that repeating digits helped to strengthen their magic. This is fact. When 77777777 happened on /pol/, even though it had NOTHING to do with Kek, Kek supporters still claimed it anyway.
So, when you post Cirno getting repeating digits and calling frogposters stupid, this annoys frogposters to no end. When a dumb Kek thread pops up asking to praise Kek and get digits and then suddenly 30+ screencaps of Cirno owning Kek show up, Kek supporters literally have nothing to go on anymore.
Without Kek, Pepe is powerless.
Without Pepe, frogposters are powerless.
This is only one faucet to posting Cirno. I'll continue to elaborate after you've digested the above and if you're interested.
