I hear about government funded remote viewing programs every now and then and I'm aware of the CIA documents

Phenomenon by Annie Jacobsen uses foia to get documents. The conclusion with the program is that it is actually real, but not practical. Psychics don't give you the clarity a satellite does. Oftentimes they'd use a psychic and get gibberish that only afterwards was revealed to be relevant.

Then it turns out the secret project was a new submarine with a distinctive fin design, the fin was so prominent the designers named the sub the 'akula'. It means shark in Russian. After shit like this would happen, the believers would use it to get more funding on the false basis they must be getting 'close' to being actually useful. It's a great book, can't recommend it enough.

*Oh and I work around a shitload of super powerful people at a super powerful place for over 16 years and there's some history of that there. We found coffins built into the building like actual ghostbusters shit. Because there's more like way more. But it'll be too much of a clue offhand. Run a RNG for a day or two to have a sample base of where the numbers tend to fall. Then gather a group of like 5 people and have them focus on the RNG while attempting to will the numbers to go higher or lower.

Supposedly this will make the way the numbers fall move higher or lower according to what is being willed.

Funny I don't know what you're talking about but I've noticed shit like that. I use a random number generator in part of a system I have to pick out movies. I also have special dice to use instead of an online rng. And super fucked up shit has happened with that. They're two ten sided dice with one specially marked for the first digit. The special markings just being the zeroes. That's basically what they function as so it's just undeniable. Otherwise they might as well just have the same exact digits and just use different colors or different markings but with the zeroes it's just undeniable.

Yes. But they're not as blatant as movies make it seem.
I (mildly) have some. They got stronger after nearing death a few times, not quite an NDE, but close enough. For sone reason that seems to strengthen and/or open them to people that otherwise didn't notice or have access to them.
It's kinda like piercing the veil. You then realize that time isn't real, neither is distance, and its all harmonics in a field.

Yes anon i can move stuff with my mind. look up something called a psi wheel its a folded piece of paper balanced on a thumb tack has very little friction. i taught myself to spin it with my mind i can control it and make it spin fast or slow clockwise or counter. i haven't done this in years and got bored of it. i could never influence anything more then that paper wheel though

Yes, but they are more to do with time and brain cognition. People who zone out and daydream can come across a time thought that is from the future. Or something can nudge your intuition about a certain event or question or person. It is probably religious in nature and whatever seeps out into the public that enacts or prevents change is likely given with permission from high up.
