>>16362016well, you can end up looking back on it as a phase sure
but idk if itll go away on its own without you actually trying to make it so
even if you get up to doing other things bad habits can stick by the party still, if you dont attend to them as much as you do for getting up to other things
like you doing something with every day is good i would imagine, yeah, but you can also notice the things you would indeed be better off not doing
anyway im being mommy-level preachy at this point you get the point
and if you are already lessening your time then its alright
although, idk slowly breaking a habit is less optimal than just spontaneously deciding to be done with it
like i suggested before, sooner or later you should just make it a point to yourself to not bother with imageboards or anything like that for the rest of that day at least and stick by it, see how it goes
wouldnt kill you to do and im sure you have the willpower for it
and if youre telling yourself right now that "damn that sounds hard not sure" then theres your issue lol
at that point its more than some simple casual time u attend to i would say
but ya not to shit on you thats pretty good
and honestly its not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things if youre being productive and all with the rest of your life anyway, and if that youre ultimately happy
u could also ignore everything i said and still be okay so yeah, eh
>>16362039i see, thats nice yeah, good job
and its obviously more important shit to attend to than needing to cut down on imageboard use lol
if thats what comes first definitely focus more on it than anything like what i was talking about, it comes later once life is calmer and its just these tid-bits that you gotta worry about
overall ya do whatever you think is best for you long-term
anyway i gotta go buy some bread
