Like, I said, I cook it more authentic and simpler than that guy since it sounds like he has never been around Mexico, especially the rustic rancher life, like my grandma. Regardless, I don't even eat breakfast unless it is a family gathering/event (extremely rare). By the way, closest I ever have to a "traditional Polish" breakfast is mixing Kielbasa with egg.
