there is this guy i used to know and someone once said that he 'likes playing with kids too much'. I thought at the time he might just be joking, but come to think of it, he does look like a pedo. I've heard he's bisexual too. How can I have him arrested without proof? Could a hacker dude get into his phone or computer to see what's saved on his hard drive.
