Also I have to think at this point this is her schtick, it's not even anorexia it's just outrage/freak show porn in the same way that Nick does. I'm sure Nick would go back to a normal weight if it wasn't making him money. She probably could stop doing it but this is her bread and butter and she gets off on the attention too. An actual chronic anorexic would have died or gotten help by now, it's gone on for years.
