it didn't matter so much when i was just trying to remember the bare basics and rebuild finger strength, but once i tried playing anything real it because immediately obvious something was really wrong
the neck is just completely toasted and it makes the whole thing pretty much unplayable. the model is set up to have the strings pretty high in the first place and you can see that they're literally 6 or 7 times higher in the center than at the top
if you're willing to put up with it sounding a bit funny it's not technically impossible to play, but it would quite literally require the finger strength of a professional mountain climber. even then it makes certain things like slap bass or slides totally off limits because the strings are just too tight
