I only saw the sequels on tv and they seemed more like action than horror so not as scary
Makes me think of the alien series where it went from horror to action to whatever the later ones are now with alien vs predator, is event horizon like those at all?
If you just want something comfy also I always rewatch over the garden wall this time of year but I'm not sure if you like cartoons very much, not that its really your average cartoon
