from most subhuman to most elite
but they renamed it into some bullshit recently which i dont remember but everyone still calls it that
there is also the sonderschule for actual retards

yes, but it is way more significant here since it happens at a much earlier age
so we have far more "bydlo" than anywhere else in europe
it's just that they are far more tame since they get welfare from the state or are just made to shut up

I'm not sure about it. There is some justification for it. For example, in the US everyone just sends everyone to college so college degrees basically become worthless, while here it is much harder to get the german equivalent of a college degree so there is much less of the problem of people going to college and then having to work at mcdons here.
