>>16432024I've observed the following distinction between organised christendom and the christendom taught by Jesus.
The Church of Cathos professes the foundation that God is without and can only be found through the Church.
Jesus professed that God is within, and will be found within your Self when you open that door within and take a look through your heart.
When you go to seek forgiveness for a sin through Cathos, you are asked to sacrifice something to that church in exchange for forgiveness. It can be guilt or shame or financial in nature.
When you go to seek forgiveness for a sin through Jesus and the Christ, you'll find that only you can truly forgive yourself, for Jesus already died and ressurected for your sins. He opened the doorway for you to forgive your Self. That means you don't need anyone's permission or approval to do so, for forgiveness is your noble divine God-given right, and Jesus broke the false reality which deceived people.
In truth, the way Jesus taught is the way without a church entirely.
The way of the Divine Individual, perfectly empowered from the within, for the within, from the soul for the self.
An autarchic way, in a manner of speaking.
Whereas the way of Cathos leads to strict dependency on abstract organisation which factually doesn't even exist in the material world.
Those are just my thoughts and observations.
