it is worth it to go to the grocery store and just buy a $5 baggie of kot treats but feeding stray kots actual meals instead of just treats is not something i have experience with so you will have to check somewhere else
also maybe lay a little towel or something for bedding underneath some roof cover outside your door if it has been raining/cold even my neighbor's kot has come to my porch before looking for shelter from the rain i am sure he would like a place to rest and not get wet besides under your vehicle
