The reason why support for Ukraine can only grow as a result of a Republican victory in Congress is that "support for Ukraine" is money that is paid NOT to Ukraine, but to Lockheed, Blackstone, Carlyle, and the entire American military industrial complex. They are the strongest lobby in American politics and there has never been a case of Congress and the President going against their interests. Even more so, divided! This is exactly the area where Biden will compromise with McCarthy and McConnell. There will be no cooperation on any issue, but there will be on the issue of increased military budgets. Remember Obama and the Republican Congress in 2010-2016. They didn't pass a budget, shut down the government, or whatever - and they always ended up compromising on an increase in the military budget.
