>>16466498Sure, I can answer these, but it will not lead you to faith unless you become willing to seek the Truth. It has to be a decision you make - and why wouldn't you? Do you think a comfortable lie is the way to go?
>why are so many systems in our world spherical, and yet the earth is flat/half-dome?You think they are, but that's just how they are portrayed to you...and what is your reason for thinking that the nature of the realm of Earth at large must somehow match the phenomena contained within it?
>what does the earth rest upon? what is it lodged into?Nobody knows but the Father who created the Earth. We can know it has pillars of some kind, and that there is a realm beneath the Earth which is commonly known as hell.
>what are the stars/planets? and why are they spherical?Stars are angels who were appointed to light the firmament. Planets are wandering stars. Planet is derived from a Greek word that means "wanderer". While some of the planets appear to be round from our vantage point, stars often have a variety of shapes, colors, and sizes.
>can you explain to me why/how a flight to/from Frankfurt to NYC takes twice/half as long depending on which direction you're flying?Jet stream, part of the four winds that drives the weather on the earth as well as the waves in the oceans and the tides. I would think that if you believe the surface of the Earth is rotating at 1,000 MPH, then how would aircraft of any kind compensate for that while landing, especially on runways with north-south orientation. As soon as any aircraft leaves the surface of the earth (pretending that the surface is moving) the speed relative to the surface would decrease. In other words, you could hover a helicopter for an hour and then, if you could land it, you'd be 1,000 miles away from where you took off.
